ドラマチック Live + BBVARIETY 4

I just got back from my trip. Taking care of the kids was more exhausting than the 2 hour hike. Sure, they whined about how tired they were after taking the hike, but I heard the boys were up until 12 am screaming and running around and going crazy. Thank goodness I'm not a boy. I slept in the girls' dorm and they were quiet at around 11, but the bed was so uncomfortable that I barely slept. Then I spent all morning rolling up a record amount of sleeping bags, aaargh. (My arms!) If you can't tell, I'm very grumpy.

Meanwhile, BBB continues to promote their song by performing it live on Music Japan. I cut out their little live and uploaded it. I think that if I still have energy tonight that I'll upload abingdon boys school's performance too. Maybe their PV too, if I have energy tomorrow night.

+ The clip starts out with an introduction of the band. The translation is basically as follows: "3 guys and 1 girl make up Base Ball Bear. They are all alumni from the same high school. They formed together for a cultural festival." (My translation sounds so boring...) Then the band introduces themselves, and Koide says that the song has a "dramatic" feeling (hence, the name), and asks everyone to listen to it. Koide sucks at the beginning but it gets better toward the end. I love how the camera looks at each member. Whenever it focuses on Horinouchi, it's shaking, so the its kind of intense at that point. The way Koide says "atsuku narebaii" is hard to describe. I would probably call it "omgwowahhh". *fangirls* There isn't much lost in quality because I found another program, but you still notice it in most parts. It might be just me, but it lags a little.
(Notice Horinouchi is holding up his hand behind Shiori. He wiggles it when everyone talks, lol.)

He's so psycho. I love him in a suit. He looks good in a suit. Horinouchi may not be as attractive as Koide, but he's more hyper. I love how they make him go into a bar when he really acts like a little kid. (I mean, hello, he plays DARTS and everytime he throws one, he says "Base....Ball...BEAR!") He also kept questioning the bartender if he knew about BBB. And the best thing ever:

He ordered strawberry milk at the bar.

I would love to have Horinouchi as my big brother. He's so insanely childlike. If he really were my big brother, he'd probably bring me to an amusement park and we'd ride roller coasters all day long. =]

NEXT POST will not be related to BBB. Why? Because the title of this blog is MUSIC PARADISE, not just BASE BALL BEAR PARADISE. I'll probably upload a bunch of abingdon boys school stuff.

*coughs* Anyway, since the official lyrics came out for ドラマチック, I'm gonna REALLY translate it. Well, I did already. I just didn't go online and post it up, sorry. It makes a lot more sense now that there aren't words that my brain makes up when I hear Koide's funny Engrish or him fading "aru" in the the music really softly.
Onward with the lyrics! Fangasm, go! Gosh, that'd be a great pokemon.
Don't trust my translations at the end, I was going crazy because I brought up my GPA again. All my hard work (sleeping in class, sleeping on my homework, sleeping on the bus) finally paid off!

+ I didn't get the one with the translation because those who translated the song DID IT BADLY. OH SO BADLY. And excuse the way I cut the file, you see clips from one part of the opening game they show at first and at the end it's the title screen. It's a trial application, what can I say?I found a better application and cut it exactly. Yay! I think it's a good anime, but the main character (Mihashi) seems a bit dull so far. I'm sure he'll develop into a confident person, but for now he's jittery, nervous, and cries a whole lot. The better character is Abe, the catcher. He's cute and he knows what he's doing. Yes, I am watching the anime. It's not just because BBB sang the OP...I mean....yeah, that's the only reason I wanted to watch it. BUT IT'S A GOOD ANIME! XD Oh, there's a little loss of quality in the video, but that's because I had to split it twice to get the actual episode out...so it was compressed three times. Of course it lost quality.

I got a weird idea in my head to fansub the opening and all Base Ball Bear PVs. I'm learning how to hardsub, so maybe I will. It'll be hard because I'm very impatient but oh well. Oh, and it'll all be done in the summer. I can't afford to do it now, no WAY.

Please excuse any weird comments I've made in the past few days, I blame APs. I probably won't get up my fansite as soon as I want to because AP teachers, now with no purpose, have decided to smack projects onto their students. Of course, I get two projects slapped onto my schedule, both due on the same day. HOORAY!

+ I've said what I need to say about this, right? The lyrics are in my previous entry. I will revise the lyrics as soon as I can, because I can now see the errors I made
2. 透明２６時 (Transparent 26 o'clock)
+ I take back what I said about this song being so-so. It's fantastic, and Koide's voice is so supremely sexy in this song. I cannot handle this.
3. 夕方ジェネレーション[新しい夕方ver.] (Evening Generation, new Evening version; also a play on "You've got a Generation")
+ I'm pretty sure they've messed with this song the most, but I'm not sure right now. I think this version is twenty times better than the previous mixes, and that's because Koide's voice is SO CLEAR AND SEXY AND RIGHT THERE. (Excuse the fangasming.) But seriously, he sounds amazing, and the fun (you gotta) in the background made me laugh. That's definitely not Koide, but seriously....it's good. The instrumentals got a lot better, and sound clearer. Going major is the best thing to happen to BBB and to me, seriously.

Okay, I'm going to go back in a corner, do my PreCal take-home test, and cry because I don't have the single. Yeah...okay....I really need it to be July 20th already so I can get my paycheck.

Something bad happened, and something good happened.
Well, I took my APUSH test today. Best 5 hours a person can spend in a high school gym, yessiree.
But alas! I turned on my Bittorrent after a week of no activity and SOMEBODY SEEDED THE GIRLFRIEND PV. (Thank you, person in Canada, whoever you are.)

+ This was the second Base Ball Bear PV I ever watched. The cinematography is just...amazing. I want to film something like this. I hope I can understand the lyrics soon. I plan to translate it for my BBB fansite (not yet completed) as soon as my wonderful friend Rick uses his mighty credit card to purchase a couple of CDs and magazines for me. I can't pick up packages at home so I'm leaving it up to him. I won't get any of that stuff until mis summer though....gah...ANYWAY. Back the PV. There are some very nice Koide closeups (as always) and nice Shiori ones. Horinouchi's glasses...I want them. I don't want to take a screencap of Yuasa...his hair is long in this one, it's scary. I'm scared.

However, I have translated ドラマチック already. Muahahaha! Look at my pwnage. But since this is just from the PV rip, please don't hate me. Pleeeeease don't.

+ I've said all I need to say. Oh wait. No I haven't. The song is absolutely amazing after I've listened to it 145 times in a row and memorized it. The PV has a very surreal feel to it, doesn't it? The colors are a lot brighter compared to the other PVs (no duh, the computerized base ball field)....Okay, I'm done.

I'm thinking of ripping out the opening sequence from Ookiku Furikabutte, but I dunno. I'm too tired. I have one more AP to go.
